Aged raw milk cheese with a mottled natural rind and a mild, grassy flavor.
Fraffie
Smooth, Buttery Blue Cheese
Raw milk, blue-veined cheese made with the addition of cream, which gives it a buttery texture. First place winner at the 2021 Maine Cheese Festival.
Deja Blue
External Blue Cheese
One of a few external blue cheeses made in the U.S. It has the mottled look of a rock on the beaches of Maine and a mild taste. Made with pasteurized organic milk and aged for about six weeks. Availability varies.

Made with pasteurized organic cow’s milk. Mild, mushroomy taste and can be eaten at all stages of ripeness. Aged 2-3 weeks.

A pasteurized bloomy rind with a sweet butteriness and mushroomy flavor, which intensifies as it continues to ripen. Made with organic Jersey milk from The Milkhouse in Maine’s Kennebec Valley.
